Got An Amazon Return?

Amazon recently added a label selection for return shipping that uses a QR code. The instructions say to take it to a UPS Store for a quick, easy scan and the label is printed for you. That’s only if you take it to a UPS Store.  Amazon and UPS have managed a proprietary partnership to scan QR codes to produce labels, excluding all other shipping centers.  At the BillZone, we cannot process QR codes.

BUT WE HAVE A SOLUTION!

If you’re stuck with the QR code, here’s what you do:  Go to your Amazon account and cancel the return.  Then restart it.  Then select the change your label selection to “Email a Friend.”  Then insert our email address:  RedRiverPublishing@att.net.  We’ll have your label ready when you bring your package in!
